Subject: The Feast of Beasts

The Heralds of the Eternal Star invite the fine people of Thera
to the Feast of Beasts, a banquet of monumental proportions serving
an ambitious spread of fabled creatures. There will be a costume
contest, a story telling contest, and games to determine which
intrepid adventurers partake in the most legendary dish of all,
Tiamat, the queen of dragons. Winners of the costume contest and
story contest will also be rewarded further.

The feast will be held at Lady Ishuli's shrine, just behind her
library, on Saturday the 10th of Feburary at 7PM by the Gods'
time standard. We're hosting it at Eternal Ishuli's shrine so
we might feel the exalting sensation of nature upon our faces
and breeth in the ether of adventure which the mountains provide,
and to consecrate the grill there with the spirit of triumph and
mastery. We hope to see you there!

With good attendance, the evening started with a costume contest. Each participant wore a costume and told a tale in relation to their outfit.

Gilversplitz dressed as a Manticore, with a story about the same creature.

Gemmurra, wearing something quite evil, told a tale about the evil in all of us that starts at birth.

Gringe told a tale about a warrior fighting self-doubt.

Orzmus showed his skin and talked about hypocrites and evil.

The winner in regards to costume was Gilversplitz. The winner for taletelling was Gringe.

After pieces of Tiamat were handed out to be feasted on, a fiendish paper version of the dragon descended to feast upon the visitors!

Luckily for them, Rogos downed the monster in a single strike, sending candy flying out of its paper body.

Just a reminder that the Feast of Beasts is tomorrow, Feburary 10th,
at 7PM by the Gods' time standard. The feast will be held at Ishuli's
shrine with an after party at the Inn of the Eternal Star. There will
be a costume contest, a story telling contest, and a game of the Theran
classic, Heroes. Contests and stories about fabled beasts will be judged
more favorably.

If anyone needs help in constructing a costume, please send a missive
to me, Aiya Wanwahina, or speak with me in person. I hope to see you
there!
