At creation 3 wands are available
100 hours - new shield wand (2 total)
150 hours - new aura wand
200 hours - new barrier wand
250 hours - new shield wand (3 total)
300 hours - new aura wand
350 hours - new barrier wand
400 hours - new shield (4 total)
etc.
