Fair point!
Remove ground control from Owaza? Just kidding.
So perhaps replace the above with (Essentially just breaking it out into the two technique types ... I have no idea if I am even in the ballpark with how Owaza works tho):
When the opponent is thrown, two types of joint hyper-extension are possible, shoulder or elbow, once a joint has been hyper-extended, further ground controls will not be possible to this joint until it has healed. If the ground control executed is a strike, further ground controls are possible upon additional successful throws.
When an owaza technique is applied to the opponent two further variations of joint hyper-extension are possible, shoulder or elbow, once a joint has been hyper-extended, further ground controls will not be possible to this joint until it has healed. If the ground control executed is a strike, further ground controls are possible upon additional successful throws.
