RE: Here's the solution: FWIW, the whole "competing with all the other mages for a/s/b" already exists "sort of" with the presence of limited non-sleek a/s/b wands. If you're so badass that you kill everyone and take their limited wands, and you make sure to re-acquire them whenever you use one up, then you can pretty much ignore the entire sleek system.
